What is included in my cruise rate?

You total price will include several charges, such as your cruise rate, taxes, and fees.  In addition, based upon your preferences, a roundtrip transfer fee may be included, trip cancellation insurance, pre-paid gratuities (Carnival & Royal Caribbean), airfare, etc.  Your "base" cruise rate; however, includes all food, most non-alcoholic beverages, onboard accommodations, and onboard entertainment (Casino's are not considered onboard entertainment).

Is my cabin/stateroom booked/reserved when I pay my deposit?

The "minimum" group deposit amount, usually $25 per person, only locks in your rate and guarantees your stateroom.  Actual staterooms are not assigned, however, by the cruise line until the full deposit has been paid (usually $200 per person).  Please keep in mind, your travel agent  will be keeping track of your desired category selection and relay the appropriate information to the cruise line once your full deposit is paid.

Are "Smoking"/"Non-Smoking" rooms available?

All cruise ships, with the exception of Carnival's Paradise, the "Smoke-Free FunShip" allow smoking in all staterooms.  There are designated areas throughout the ships where smoking is prohibited (i.e. dining rooms, spas, etc).
