How will I know my card information is safe?  BMD Travel and Tours, LLC is proud to offer NOBELPay for our secured credit card transactions.  The security level is at its highest, with their patented, ultra-secure, SSL-encrypted transactions.  All information must match or it comes to us coded.  In addition, we require an email address at the time of your payment in order to sent a receipt with minutes of receiving your payment. Although are payments are secured and are processed immediately, we do call on unexpected payments, payments over a certain amount, or if we think there might be unauthorized uses of a credit card, to talk with the credit card holder.  We feel that though this may be a bit inconvenient for you, however, there are some instances where we were thanked that we did because someone truly was using a card without the cardholders knowledge.  

How do I change or cancel payments made online?   Our credit card transactions automatically close at 12:00AM (Midnight) daily, therefore, if you feel you have submitted an incorrect amount, made a double payment, or have changed your mind about submitting a payment, please contact us at 877-406-8820, Ext 80 or by email at  payments@bmdtravel.com or before Midnight (CST), on the same day of your payment and we will gladly cancel, adjust, or correct your payment*.

*NOTE: Please don't assume your payment has been cancelled or adjusted UNTIL you receive a response from us, either by email (if you submitted your request via email) or by phone (if you submitted your request by calling our office).
