Newsletter Registration / Promotional E-Mails
When you become a BMD Travel and Tours newsletter subscriber, you provide us with your name, county, mailing address, zip/postal code, email address, and website Terms and Conditions acceptance. This information is collected from the registration form and stored in our secure database. This information is used in several ways: (i) to identify you and provide you access to our "Subscriber Only Specials and Hot Deals" (ii) to allow us to contact you for fax only promotions, if necessary; (iii) to customize the content of our site to meet your specific needs; and (iv) to make product improvements to BMD Travel and Tours. In addition, your email address is collected to send you an email message confirming your new Newsletter registration and to send you occasional updates from us about special offers and other important announcements. Client Travel Profile Information
After you register as a FREE Online Member, you will be given the option to complete a detailed Client Travel Profile. This information can include your mailing address, phone numbers, credit card information or other payment information , and travel preferences. 

We will use your Client Travel Profile information to tailor your travel experience to your unique preferences and requirements. You may choose to store as little or as much personal data as you like. However, by providing us with profile information about your travel needs and preferences, you help us customize your travel-planning process–allowing for a more convenient, efficient and personalized experience.

If you don't want to store your personal information, you can still research and book travel on BMD Travel and Tours' website, www.bmdtravel.com.  Please keep in mind, however, that certain BMD Travel and Tours' features (for example, free e-mail newsletters, contest and promotions, etc.) are ONLY available to our registered subscribers.

Online Surveys
BMD Travel and Tours values comments and feedback from its customers and subscribers. From time to time, we will conduct online surveys so we can make improvements to our website, products, new promotions, content, etc. Survey participants are anonymous unless otherwise stated in the survey.

Transaction Information
BMD Travel and Toursdoes not track online transactions. Our preferred suppliers and vendors provide us with a transaction report after travel is booked and or completed. Most reports do show preliminary contact information, such as your email address and phone number.

Usage Tracking Information
BMD Travel and Tours collects software client information, such as IP addresses, browser versions, and pages accessed and form types submitted during BMD Travel and Tours online sessions. This information is used in an aggregated form (e.g. number of pages accessed) to view site usage patterns, and is not tied with any of the other personal data you have provided to BMD Travel and Tours.

Advertising
BMD Travel and Tours does not currently support or allow third-party advertisements to be displayed on its website that are delivered by third-party advertising companies. Consequently, these third-party advertisers DO NOT have the ability to recognize who our customers and or subscribers are or capture personal information. BMD Travel and Tours does track how often and when our customers and or subscribers  click on an advertisement in order to ensure that appropriate and valuable offers are made available to our customers and or subscribers.

Member/Customer Communications
As a BMD Travel and Tours Customer and or Subscriber, you will be given the opportunity to “Contact Us” with specific travel requests and needs. Your personal data will be used to communicate with you.

Use of Cookies
At BMD Travel and Tours, unlike many websites, we do not use "cookie" technology. The cookie is a small text file that resides on your hard drive. In addition, we never use cookies to store personal information, such as credit card numbers, nor can the information we store in the cookie ever be read by any website other than ours.

When you book travel with BMD Travel and Tours, the personal information you provide us will be shared with the appropriate third parties necessary to complete your purchases. This includes the vendors you have selected (for example, airlines, hotels, etc.) as well as the third parties facilitating the transactions (for example, credit card authorization companies). The personal information we provide these third parties will ONLY be that which is necessary to ensure your travel arrangements are successfully confirmed and executed.

For those individuals that request Affiliate program information (optional), BMD Travel and Tours may share a the contact information provided with an existing BMD Travel and Tours affiliate to follow-up on an inquiry. All BMD Travel and Tours affiliates have agreed to strict privacy and anti-spam policies and are subject to swift administrative action if they violate them. If, as a registered subscriber and or customer of BMD Travel and Tours,  you receive any unsolicited email from any of our affiliates, please immediately contact us at: customersupport@bmdtravel.com.  Please include a copy of the email you received when you contact us.

If you violate our Terms and Conditions, of which this Privacy and Security Policy is a part, or any law, rule, or regulation, we may be required to disclose your personal information in order to apply or enforce BMD Travel and Tours remedies (i.e., in case of customer fraud).

In the event that BMD Travel and Tours or certain BMD Travel and Tours assets are acquired, Subscriber information may be one of the transferred assets. In addition to ensuring your privacy at all times, we are committed to ensuring that you do not receive information–from BMD Travel and Tours or from any of the third parties with which we share your information–that you have not specifically indicated your willingness to receive.

Our Online Suppliers and Vendors

We will notify you, as a Customer and or Subscriber, via e-mail if, at any point, we decide to use personally identifiable information in a manner different from that stated at the time it was collected. Email Acceptance Policy
BMD Travel and Tours reserves the right to limit free Newsletter Subscribers to those who will accept emails. Members will be notified via email prior to any actions taken.
